Jane is a Partner of the PwC’s Global Mobility Services team in Shanghai, China. She is a USA Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Certified Tax Agent.

For years, Jane has been providing customized tax services to the US population in China. During her work period in Shanghai, Jane is specialized in providing one-stop services for individuals, which help them to manage their family wealth. In the meantime, she also provides effective solutions to global tax risk control and global tax planning for senior management personnel working at domestic and multi-national enterprises. Her professional services cover high networth population, social elites, private entrepreneurs, PE funds, VC funds as well as international commercial banks, etc.

Ray is a manager of the PwC’s Global Mobility Services team, specializing in Immigration Services.

Ray has been with PwC Shanghai GMS team since 2014, and she seconded to PwC Kuala Lumpur office for a 6-month assignment handling global mobility consulting and immigration work. She has extensive knowledge and experience in immigration. She advises immigration matters to many well-known multinational companies in various industries, including banking, car manufacturing, telecommunication, engineering and etc. Ray can manage large scale immigration projects for new business operations across the globe, including liaising with local government.
