About
Today's business world can be viewed through the lens of team-based professional sports: much like a professional athlete, a company's leadership, key talents, and employees should maintain high performance and achieve rapid growth to succeed. These 'corporate athletes' tend to demonstrate strong management capabilities, are highly effective learners, and are resilient in the face of challenges. To gain insights about how to become a Corporate Athlete and how to build corporate athlete spirit into your team and company culture, AmCham Shanghai's Sports & Entertainment Committee presents Becoming a Corporate Athlete, a presentation taking place on Tuesday, November 28 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Room.
The presentation will highlight the differences between professional employees and professional athletes and reveal what we can learn from the performance management and professional development of professional athletes. Our distinguished speakers will share their knowledge in their respective fields by blending experience in learning and development, performance improvement, and sports science and management.
