Spotlight Presentations Submission Guidelines for Member Companies:

- Submit a single-slide PowerPoint with your company name, logo, WeChat QR code, and product overview.

- Save as a PDF and email to michelle.li@amcham-shanghai.org with the subject: "Introduction PPT - [Your Name/Company]."

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made before 1 PM on Monday, Nov 24th, 2025, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after 1 PM on Monday, Nov 24th, 2025, will not be eligible for refunds. A RMB 100 administration fee will be charged upon canceling the ticket.

We will issue a VAT fapiao to you within 5 working days after the event.

Ticket sales will close at 05:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov 21st, 2025.
