AmCham Shanghai is excited to invite you to our inaugural AmCham Basketball Tournament on Saturday, February 22, from 8:00 am to 16:00 pm at Duke Kunshan University. This annual event brings together corporate teams and organizations along with family and friends to enjoy some friendly rivalry, a sense of camaraderie, a chance to grow your professional network, and the opportunity to win great prizes over a game of basketball!

Please find below instructions and details for the tournament.

Format and Team Entry Details:

• 5 vs 5: each team must have a minimum of 7 and maximum of 15 players
• Registration will be open to teams only, and not individual players
• Tournament will be "round robin" with knockout stages, with each team guaranteed at least 3 games. Games are based on running 20-minute halves
• Players must be full-time employees of the company/organization registering their team
• Players must be over 18 years old

Ticket Information:

• Member company group ticket (for a minimum of 7 players to a maximum of 15 players): RMB 4,000
• Non-member company group ticket (for a minimum of 7 players to a maximum of 15 players): RMB 6,000

Tickets Include:

• Round-trip shuttle bus from Shanghai to Duke Kunshan University
• Lunch
• Water, soft drinks & snacks

Instructions:

• Only company group tickets are available (individual tickets are not available for purchase)
• Each company may register up to two teams
• The total number of teams is limited to 16
• Both member and non-member companies are welcome to participate
• Companies are responsible for providing medical insurance coverage for their team members
