AmCham Shanghai's Real Estate and Construction Committee invites you to a special site tour on June 9 from 09:00 - 11:00 to Hines One Museum Place. One Museum Place is a 60-story, International Premium Grade A office tower with retail pavilion located in the Museum Place Precinct of downtown Shanghai.
Situated in the heart of the traditional Jing’an District (Puxi) adjacent to the Natural History Museum and Jing’an Sculpture Park, the tower at One Museum Place stands 250 meters tall and totals approx. 124,000 sqm. Complementing the office tower is the attached six-story retail pavilion totaling 22,000 sqm, which will serve as an amenity to the office tenants and visitors, as well as service the surrounding residential and recreational areas.
The project features convenient on/off access from the North/South elevated highway, as well as direct access to the Metro Line 13 platform at the Natural History Museum Station. The exterior of the project will feature numerous outdoor areas for tenants and visitors to enjoy, including the lush East Garden area adjacent to the office lobby and ground floor of the retail, as well as two large outdoor terraces in the retail pavilion for “el fresco” dining while enjoying the stunning views of Lujiazui and the surrounding Sculpture Park.
One Museum Place is being developed by Hines, a family owned US based real estate development and investment company with over 60 years of experience. Hines has been in China for over 20 years and One Museum Place will be our 8th development on the mainland.
Other notable features of One Museum Place include being LEED Platinum pre-certified, advanced PM 2.5 air filtration process, state-of-the-art high speed passenger lift system, a majestic 9 meter water wall in the office lobby, and dedicated shower/locker facilities with bike parking.
