He is responsible for leading Brunswick’s global employee engagement offer providing strategic counsel to clients in support of transactions, crises, transformations, business strategy shifts and cultural evolutions. He helps companies chart a path to better connect with their workforces through more dynamic, creative and socially enabled communications approaches and programs, and builds communications functions that deliver new value to the business. Christopher previously held other positions at Edelman, Booz & Company, Gagen MacDonald, and Bayer on employee engagement and change management.

    Jean Tan joined Brunswick as a Director after a solid career with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where her last role was Vice President of Communications for the Asia, Middle East & Africa region. Prior to hospitality, Jean was a consultant at an international public relations company, working with clients from a variety of industries, including petrochemicals and financial services. She started her career in communications with luxury German automotive company Audi. Jean is now working across multiple sectors including consumer, technology and financial services. She is also Brunswick's Asia lead for Brunswick’s growing Employee Engagement practice.
