Christopher Hannegan is a Partner at Brunswick. He is responsible for leading Brunswick’s global employee engagement offer providing strategic counsel to clients in support of transactions, crises, transformations, business strategy shifts and cultural evolutions. He helps companies chart a path to better connect with their workforces through more dynamic, creative and socially enabled communications approaches and programs, and builds communications functions that deliver new value to the business. Christopher previously held other positions at Edelman, Booz & Company, Gagen MacDonald, and Bayer on employee engagement and change management.

Jean Tan joined Brunswick as a Director after a solid career with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where her last role was Vice President of Communications for the Asia, Middle East & Africa region. Prior to hospitality, Jean was a consultant at an international public relations company, working with clients from a variety of industries, including petrochemicals and financial services. She started her career in communications with luxury German automotive company Audi. Jean is now working across multiple sectors including consumer, technology and financial services. She is also Brunswick's Asia lead for Brunswick’s growing Employee Engagement practice.

Jessica Zhang is Vice President, Human Resources, Electrical Sector Asia Pacific for Eaton, a power management company. In her current role, she is responsible for defining and implementing workforce strategies focusing on talent management, employee engagement and culture, as well as organizational effectiveness in order to support Electrical Sector’s business growth objectives in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, she was the Human Resources Director, Power Distribution Division, Electrical Sector Asia Pacific and Compensation and Benefits Director, Asia Pacific, Corporate. Prior to joining Eaton, Jessica had more than 10 years of consulting and management experience with Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting firm headquartered in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Wang Yi is the Vice President & Area Human Resources Director for GSK, a pharmaceutical company. She is the first US returnee working in the Human Resources field. As a passionate professional about elevating talent and organizational performance, Yi provides practical, insightful human resources solutions and advice to business leaders utilizing her well-rounded HR professional experience and business consulting skills. Yi's HR experience covers rapid business growth in China, downsizing in the US, and start-up joint venture development while in Hong Kong. Yi's HR philosophy is that HR function should be run as a business, supported with key metrics. HR work can only be done for the organization through partnering with business leaders. Yi's mission is to help business and talent grow through creating win-win solutions.

David Mitchell is Chief Human Capital Officer at Jiahui Health, a fast growing organization that is committed to building a holistic and integrated international healthcare system in Shanghai including Shanghai’s largest tertiary private hospital, the 500-bed Jiahui International Hospital operated in affiliation with the Massachusetts General Hospital. David is a tri-lingual (English, Japanese, Chinese) general manager with broad experience across marketing, sales, business operations, and human capital functions. Previous roles have included Asia Pacific partner & practice leader for a 15,000 person US HR consulting firm and Greater China General Manger & international operations director for one of the largest global HR technology companies.
