Mr. Xiangsheng Zhang 张祥生 is the Vice County Mayor of Haiyan County. He once served as Director of Administrative Committee of Scenic Area in Haiyan County, Secretary General of the Party Committee in Ganpu Town, and Director General of Development and Reform Bureau in Haiyan County.

Proficient in real estate development, planning and positioning, project feasibility study and investment controlling, Ms. Seven Zhang has real estate planning experience for over 13 years. She was in charge of many tremendous and comprehensive projects, such as Shanghai Huangpu District Old Town Function Planning Project, Shanghai Qingpu Dream Project, Suzhou Industrial Park Century Plaza Area Planning Positioning Project, Nanjing Ecological and Technological Island Project. Ms. Zhang has rich experience and intensive study in area development, tourism real estate development, city regeneration, industry planning, metro lines, underground space, city complexes and commercial real estate. She also keeps in close touch with well-known planning companies in China and overseas.

Mr. Wang is in charge of the business management, property management and cultural & creative industry development in Riverside-Sixflags Group. He is responsible for the group’s business mode development transforming from real estate industry to diversified industries, overall planning of commercial sectors, investment and innovative development. Before joining Riverside-Sixflags Group, Mr. Wang was the General Manager at Strategic Brand Management Center in Wanda Group and had experience working in Wanda Group for 6 years.
