AmCham Shanghai’s Future Leaders Committee (FLC) invites you to attend the Future Leaders Committee 2016 Salary Survey Roundtable on Monday, February 27 from 18:00 to 20:00 at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center. This off-the-record roundtable is open to those who have completed the Future Leaders Salary Survey.

Begin the New Year with a fresh approach to your career, your personal brand, and your potential to grow, both professionally and financially, in Shanghai!

An opening presentation will uncover results from AmCham Shanghai 2016 Future Leaders Committee Salary Survey to help young professionals better understand what their peers are earning in the workplace, what types of skill sets correlate with higher salaries, and which industries have the most potential for young professionals in Shanghai.

The findings will be followed by a discussion with Amy Cai, Priority Services Leader, China and Hong Kong, PwC, and Joyce Ye, Partner at Expertise (ManpowerGroup China), who will share their insights and advice to help young professionals pursue career growth in the competitive talent market.

    Amy Cai is the Priority Services Leader at PwC, China & Hong Kong. Amy started her professional career with PwC in the United States before her relocation to Shanghai in 1998. Amy became a Corporate Tax Partner in 2006 in Shanghai, China and continued to build her global and business acumen while working with multinational companies and governmental organizations to structure their investments and manage their projects in China.

    Amy’s ability to lead and motivate people was highly recognized throughout her career and from 2013– 2015 she became the PwC National Human Capital Leader. Then, in 2015, Amy was announced as the China Central Tax practice leading over 769 tax professionals in Central China. Amy is not only a passionate leader but also has the entrepreneurial grit to start the first China Urbanisation team in PwC.

She is experienced in global talent search projects to bridge the communication between headquarters and local organizations.

    Joyce also has strong interests in interfacing with industry professionals to understand their needs and help them fulfill their career needs. In her consulting career, she helped more than 40 senior professionals (manager to C-level) finish their career transformation every year. Joyce graduated from Fudan University with bachelor degree of engineering, PMP certificated, many years working experience before joining recruitment consulting.
