Refund Policy
A refund of the amount paid, minus a RMB 100 administrative fee per person, will be given for all cancellations received via email by Friday, May 15, 2026.
No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after Friday, May 15, 2026, invoice will be issued within 5 working days upon the event day.
