机械工业仪器仪表综合技术经济研究所（简称“仪综所”）成立于1980年，是国务院国有资产监督管理委员会管理的事业单位。从事传感器及智能仪器仪表、测量控制与自动化、智能制造、网络安全、可靠性等领域基础共性与前沿技术研究；为政府制定产业政策、编制规划计划、实施行业管理提供支撑；面向社会提供标准化、检验检测、评估评测、信息咨询、技术推广等公益性服务。

仪综所建有测量控制设备及网络质量检测中心、安全中心检验机构、控制网络及系统功能安全重点实验室、测控设备及系统功能安全工程中心、国家中小企业公共服务示范平台，是全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC124）、工业和信息化部智能制造综合标准化工作组、中德智能制造标准工作组等标准化组织机构秘书处单位。目前，承担着先进制造与自动化、智能制造、科学仪器、传感器和物联网、文化科技创新工程等领域一批国家级和省部级科研项目。

Gelian has worked as a government official for 18 years. Since 2007 she has been engaging in government affair consulting serving a wide range of clients, including domestic and international companies, business associations and government agencies. Using a Legal+GR approach, Gelian provides her clients with such services as in-depth interpretation of policies, policy advocacy, formulating and implementing GR strategies, regulatory issue analysis and resolution, and crisis management. With a long list of successful track records, Gelian is a trusted GR professional before her clients and government agencies at different levels as well. She was recently appointed a government affairs expert by several major trade associations in China.

Anita Wei is currently the VP for Government Affairs at Danaher China.

Before this role, she was the Senior Director Public Affairs & Communications for BD Greater China and Head of Communications for Novartis Pharma Greater China.

Anita obtained her bachelor’s degree in economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and her Master Degree in Marketing and Communications from University of Sydney.

Anita Wei serves as the Vice Chair of AmCham Shanghai's Healthcare Committee.
