上海美国商会商贸投资中心诚邀您参加将于11月27日（周三）2:00pm-3:45pm在上海举行的深圳市福田区推介会。此次活动将为您全方位展示广东省深圳市福田区的概况与产业布局，并详解区域未来的发展前景。参与者将有机会与区内领导进行面对面交流，聆听知名企业在福田区的营商心得，第一时间获取区域相关的投资发展信息。

福田区是深圳市中心城区，全市行政、文化、金融、商务和国际交往中心。经济总量位列全国区县前列，2023年实现地区生产总值超5700亿元，地均地区生产总值、社会消费品零售总额、进出口总额、金融业增加值稳居深圳市第一，并获评2023赛迪"百强区"全国第二、投资竞争力"百强区"全国第一。

科创、金融、时尚是福田区的三大主导产业。全区聚集持牌金融机构286家，数量超全市六成；国家高新技术企业突破1500家，高新技术产业增加值855亿元、占GDP比重约15%；全区2023年新引进时尚首店90家，全市第一。

AmCham Shanghai's Trade & Investment Center invites you to join our Industrial Park Series: Shenzhen Futian District, Guangdong Province on November 27(Wednesday) from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm. This event will thoroughly introduce the general situation and industrial layout of Futian District and explain the region's future development prospects in detail. Attendees will have face-to-face talks with district leaders and listen to companies' business experiences in Futian District to further understand Futian's current foreign investment outlook.

Futian District is the central district of Shenzhen, serving as the city's administrative, cultural, financial, business, and international exchange center. It ranks among the top districts nationwide in terms of economic output, with a GDP exceeding 570 billion in 2023. Futian leads Shenzhen in terms of per-unit-area GDP, total retail sales of consumer goods, total import and export volume, and value-added in the financial sector. Futian District was also ranked second nationwide in the 2023 CCID "Top 100 Districts" and first for investment competitiveness among the "Top 100 Districts."

The district's three leading industries are technology innovation, finance, and fashion. Futian is home to 286 licensed financial institutions, accounting for over 60% of the city's total. It hosts over 1,500 national high-tech enterprises, with a high-tech industry value-added of 85.5 billion, making up approximately 15% of its GDP. 90 new flagship fashion stores opened in Futian in 2023, the highest number in Shenzhen.
