About the Venue

1908 Grain warehouse, founded in 1908, was originally the "second warehouse of the Commercial Bank of China", and later was the private warehouse of Du Yuesheng, a tycoon of the Republic of China, standing by the Suzhou River after more than 100 years.

Speaking of Du Yuesheng, we should all know, "Chun Shen has three thousand visitors; Du Yuesheng (1888-1951), one of the most legendary figures on the Shanghai Beach in the first half of the 20th century, from a small thug into the old Shanghai Beach ten miles of the ocean, became the largest gang leader in Shanghai, and Jingrong, Zhang Xiaolin called "Shanghai three tyrants". The Times create heroes, Du Yuesheng once said, "I rely on two hands, a courage to break out."

Standing in front of the granary, the scenery on both sides of the Suzhou River can be seen in a trance, as if back to the last century, the river comes and goes, people come and go by the river, here is not only the wind and snow, love and hate, it is the witness of the rise and fall of The Times, the home of the promising.
