Eric Zheng
President at AmCham ShanghaiEric Zheng became the President of AmCham Shanghai in 2022. He has been involved in the Chamber for over 15 years as a member, committee leader, Board member, Board treasurer, Board secretary, and Board vice chair, and Board chair (2018 and 2019).
Eric brings a unique combination of private and public sector experiences to the presidency. He worked in management consulting with PwC in the U.S. and later served for the U.S. Department of Commerce as the principal commercial officer at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou. Eric had a long career with AIG in Greater China and held a series of positions that culminated in his service as CEO of AIG China. He then chaired the board of Heng An Standard Life Insurance Company.
In volunteer roles, Eric serves as the Greater China regional chair of the Committee of 100 and as a board director of Shanghai Make-A-Wish Charity Foundation. The Shanghai municipal government has granted Eric its Magnolia Gold Award in recognition of his significant contributions to the city. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Jianghang Chen
Associate Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University International Business SchoolChen Jianghang is an Associate Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University International Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore. His career includes research roles at the Logistics Institute - Asia Pacific, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, and a faculty position at Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Dr. Chen has worked on projects such as developing a global iron ore supply chain simulation for Vale and an award-winning optimization system for ABB Switzerland. His expertise lies in mathematical modeling, optimization simulation, decision support systems, and logistics optimization, with publications in leading international journals. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Excellent Academic Leaders Program.
Nelson Chow

Mike Guo
Partner at DeloitteMr. Guo, with 24 years of experience in strategy, management, and digital consulting, has served numerous global leading brands such as PwC, IBM, HP, and Accenture. His expertise is concentrated in process manufacturing industries like life sciences, energy, chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals, as well as discrete manufacturing sectors including automotive, footwear, FMCG, and semiconductor packaging and testing. Skilled in corporate strategy, process optimization, supply chain management, capital market operations, industrial M&A, and digital marketing, Mr. Guo has extensive experience in deploying industry solutions, business operations, and digital transformation. Currently, he is focusing on intelligent manufacturing, having designed and developed a fully integrated smart manufacturing digital factory solution for a leading Chinese biotech company, certified by the WHO and Global Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Hongmin Kim
Head of Global Supply Chain Planning at BASFHongmin is currently leading the Global Supply Chain Cluster 3 & Asia Pacific Team of the Resins & Additives Global Business Unit at BASF Group and has been based in Shanghai since 2021.
With more than 16 years of experience in the Chemicals industry working for BASF, Hongmin developed extensive expertise in various business functions spanning from the front-line customer facing roles as Key Account Management and Transplant Business Development, and business operation functions as Global Product Management and Global Supply Chain Planning, to the back-end corporate related Global Business & Innovation Strategy and M&A project manager. Before serving as Deputy CEO/Executive Vice President of LOSCAM (Greater China) Holdings Limited, Ms. Qian Yu was the President of CHEP Asia. During that time, she promoted and completed the merger with LOSCAM. Before joining CHEP, Ms. Qian Yu was the co-founder/President of KXTX Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and the core designer and domestic pioneer of the network platform model. Ms. Qian Yu has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and integration, has completed several significant acquisitions of YRC Group in the Asia-Pacific region, and has successfully planned and led the establishment of a cross-border network and information platform between China and the United States.

Raymond Tsang

Roy Yin
Director of Supply Chain Management at Flex IncRoy has served as Global Supply Chain Director at Flex since 2012, in the past 24 years of working experience, Roy has also served top MNCs like Samsung, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Celestica, etc. Roy brings intensive Supply Chain knowledge in Communications and Consumer Electronics manufacturing. Congchong Zhang

She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK and is recognized as an expert in supply chain management and business analytics. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Chen is the Director of the Research Center of Excellence of Data Analytics and Modelling at International Business School Suzhou, where she significantly contributes to advancing data-driven business strategies.
With experience as an international research fellow at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Dr. Chen has provided training and consulting services to numerous renowned enterprises around the world.
