继2023年8月国务院发布促进外资24条措施，江苏省人民政府印发《关于促进经济持续回升向好的若干政策措施》​和《关于进一步优化外商投资环境加大吸引外商投资力度的若干措施》​，持续优化省内营商环境，推动经济高质量发展。

为加深外资企业对相关措施的理解，提高外资企业在江苏省的经营水平，上海美国商会邀请江苏省商务厅相关负责人来沪，向外资企业解读相关政策、分享落实方法、交流具体问题。

Following the release of the State Council 24 measures to support businesses, the Jiangsu Provincial government released its own 28 measures​ to implement the State Council directive. Along with the measures to optimize business environment for foreign companies​, the Jiangsu Provincial government presents new policies, incentives and programs for companies operating in Jiangsu.

AmCham Shanghai is pleased to host a briefing for members from the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce. Deputy Director General Sun Jin will introduce the measures and officials from Foreign Investment Department will provide detailed analysis of the policies. The briefing will also include a Q&A session.
