Prior to COVID and the change to today's global business environment, US and multinational corporations saw remarkable growth and expansion in China with many organizations fully supported and empowered by their overseas headquarters. In today's world, leaders in China are finding communication and influence with headquarters to be a leadership challenge to fulfill their business targets.

The gap between information shared and business realities seems to grow deeper by the day and leaders find themselves challenged to explain the full range of opportunities for growth and business development in China. As the impact of de-risking US businesses in China continues, leaders need a toolkit to present information and garner support from the stakeholders at HQ.

This information session introduces a workshop and coaching structure for business leaders who need to cultivate critical relationships with business partners in the US. This session gives effective tips and strategies to quickly improve the quality of cross border communication and influence.

Key Discussion Points:

• Impact of recent changes to HQ and China relationships

• Local leadership's typical challenges reporting to their US HQ

• Methods to bridge the communication gap between China and HQ

• Strategies to build confidence in teams and investment in China

What to expect from the session?

Valuable insights, strategies for navigating cross-national relationships, global collaboration, market expansions, and managing global projects and resources effectively.

Who Should Attend:

Leaders and team members who frequently communicate and influence team members in HQ
