Dr. Edward Tse is founder and CEO, Gao Feng Advisory Company, Adjunct Professor of School of Business Administration at Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor of Managerial Practice at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and Advisory Board Member cum Adjunct Professor of Institute for China Business at the University of Hong Kong. He is a member of Global Future Council on China at the World Economic Forum, as well as a member of advisory boards for private equity and venture capital companies. He has over 30 years of strategy and management consulting and senior executive experience, in 20 of which he started and led the China practice of two leading international consulting firms, first as Managing Partner, China for the Boston Consulting Group and later as global Senior Partner as well as Managing Partner and Chairman, Greater China for Booz Allen Hamilton/Booz & Company, having started his strategy consulting career with McKinsey & Company in San Francisco in 1988.

Dr. Tse is widely known as “China’s leading global business strategist.” Australia’s In The Black magazine calls him, “the Father of Business Consulting in China.”, and China Daily regards him as “one of China’s leading strategic management gurus.” He has consulted to hundreds of companies (headquartered in and outside of China), investors and start-ups, as well as public sector organizations on the definition and implementation of strategies, organizations and transformation. He has extensive experience in working with companies from a wide range of industries, and was appointed as a board member of several major Chinese enterprises including Baosteel, SAIC, Shanghai Pharma, China Travel Service (HK) Group, China Oriental
Group, Fidelity China Special Situations PLC and Ping An Life Insurance Company of China. Furthermore, he has provided consulting services to multilateral organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, and has advised the Chinese government organizations at different levels on issues such as state-owned enterprise reform and Chinese companies going overseas, as well as local government development strategies.

Dr. Tse holds a SM and a SB in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a PhD and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley.

As the co-founder, Pengcheng Xu is currently the chairman & CTO of Yaocheng Healthcare Technology Co., Ltd. Before that, he was the principal architect of Verily China and senior software engineer of Google Shanghai office. He has been working in tech world for about 18 years.He graduated from Peking university in CS related fields.

Claire Chen is the Co-Founder and COO of Clobotics, a global leader in intelligent computer vision solutions for the wind power and retail industries. Clobotics is dual-headquartered in both Seattle and Shanghai, has global entities in Singapore, Esbjerg, and Sao Paulo. Claire oversees overall marketing strategy, business operations and people related activities for the company.

Prior to Clobotics, Claire served as the VP of Business Development of EHang. And at the same time, responsible for the overall business of North America region.
Claire spent her most important ten years of career with Microsoft Corporations. She worked as the director of business operations at Cloud and Enterprises Division, and was accountable for landing Windows Azure and Office 365 business in China. Before that, Claire was the business manager of Global Foundation Services, accountable for the global cloud infrastructure build out, including but not limited to, Data Centers, Networking Infrastructure and CDN services, which makes Microsoft as one of the top technical leaders in the cloud industry.

Claire graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, majored in International Accounting.

Amanda is a commercial lawyer focusing on the Telecom, Media and Technology industry for 10 years. She has rich experience in advising multinational organizations on market entry, licensing, cybersecurity, data protection and other regulatory matters. She also advises on technology and commercial contracts.

Amanda has assisted many clients in launching and operating various e-commerce, cloud-computing, internet of things and artificial intelligence projects in China. She has also acted as the leading counsel in large-scale data compliance projects and has been continuously supporting clients in designing compliance tools and remediation measures under the Chinese cybersecurity and data protection laws.

Charlie Zhang, a seasoned Data Scientist at Rockwell Automation, has been instrumental in leading data science solutions based on industrial processes. With a strong background in Machine Learning and Data Visualization, he has been optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency through data-driven strategies.

Charlie holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Computed Modelling and Data Analytics & Statistics from Virginia Tech. His academic and professional journey has equipped him with a solid foundation in machine learning, statistical theorems, and data visualization, making significant contributions to the field of data science.

Mr. Di Yao is Head of Legal in Google’s Shanghai office and Chair of AmCham Shanghai's Legal Committee.
