About the Jiaxing Economic & Technological Development Zone (JXEDZ) & the M0 Innovative Industrial Land:

JXEDZ is a state-level economic and technological development zone, 90 kilometers to Shanghai in the northeast, 90 kilometers to Hangzhou in the southwest, 70 kilometers to Suzhou in the north and 40 kilometers to Jiaxing port in the southeast. JXEDZ is in the center of the Yangtze River Delta region, the most vital region in China in terms of economy.

In July 2021, Jiaxing issued the "Implementation Opinions on the Management of Innovative Industrial Land (M0)", officially start to use the local M0 innovative industrial land. Compared with the traditional industrial standard factory park, M0 has a higher proportion of plot ratio and matching, a more diversified production and R&D property configuration, and sales can be splitted after reaching certain investment output condition. Therefore M0 can provide a better environment for innovation-type enterprises such as medical equipment, biological science and electronic information. In recent years, JXEDZ has made great efforts to develop its health industry, and has introduced and nurtured Sujia Medical, Avidity Science, Taimei Medical, Syn Biolab, Biocare and other projects.

关于嘉兴经开区与M0创新型产业用地：

嘉兴经开区是国家级经济技术开发区，东北距上海市90公里，西南距杭州市90公里，北距苏州70公里，东南距嘉兴港40公里，处于中国最具经济活力的长三角地区的中心位置。

2021年7月嘉兴市发布《创新型产业用地（M0）管理实施意见》，正式在当地启用M0创新型产业用地。相较于传统的工业标准厂房园区，创新型产业园具有更高的容积率和配套比例、更多样的生产和研发物业配置，且达到一定投资产出条件下允许分割销售，对于医疗器械、生物科学、电子信息等为代表的创新型产业提供了更好的发展条件。近年来，嘉兴经开区大力发展生命健康相关产业，先后引入和培育了苏嘉医疗、安维迪生命科学、太美医疗、欣贝莱生物科技、博美生物科技等项目。
