Mindfulness is a key tool to adapt and thrive in a volatile and challenging world. It allows us to not only acknowledge what is happening in the present moment with acceptance and a sense of freedom, but it allows us to fully embody and own who we are and what we do at any given moment. A great stress reliever mindfulness also enables us to avoid distraction, sleep better, regulate our emotions and even improve our immune system.
