AmCham Shanghai Center cordially invites you to attend our MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program at AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center Office. We are very happy to invite Mr. George Shi, a seasoned Mindfulness Meditation Trainer with international certification, to offer us an experiential training session of Mindfulness Meditation. George is a former executive of AmCham Fortune500 member company. He is now dedicating himself fully to convey the Mindfulness to benefit more people.
We have many body fitness programs, it helps to some extent, but it cannot resolve our inner anxiety and get rid of automatic circle effectively, which can help to:
- Wake us up to the awareness
- Cultivate the inner quality of peace, equanimity, clarity
- Interface with all episodes of our life
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program was developed by Jon Babat-Zinn in Mindfulness Center of University of Massachusetts in 1979. No wonder for stress reduction there is some revolutionary finding, the brain structure can be positively changed, the immune system can be enhanced, and even the telomere of chromosome can be increased (which will slow down the aging process).
