The result of 2019-2020 Suzhou Center Compensation and Benefit Survey is based on data collected from HR managers of over 90 member companies in manufacturing industries operating in Suzhou. This event is a once-a-year opportunity to learn about the general trend of year-end bonus change and standard annual salary increase. The presentation on the result of salary survey will also provide insight into companies' attitudes and reactions regarding the impact of recent US-China tensions.
