During the first China International Import Expo held in Shanghai on Nov 5th, 2018, Chinese president Xi Jinping mentioned in his speech the development of the Yangtze River Delta and its importance to national strategy. As one of the most active regions of Chinese economy, the Yangtze River Delta coordinates regional differences and optimizes industrial distribution, actively implementing the integration strategy in accordance with the trend of industrial transfer.

在2018年11月5日于上海举办的首届中国国际进口博览会上，国家主席习近平在发表演讲时提到，将支持长江三角洲区域一体化发展并上升为国家战略。作为中国经济最活跃的区域之一，长三角核心城市在顺应产业转移趋势的同时通过主动作为的方式实行区域一体化战略，协调各自优势资源，深度布局产业分工。

Jiashan, located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province while bordering on Shanghai, is a key area of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Strategy. The China-Singapore Jiashan Modern Industrial Park (CSJSP) is in the northeastern part of Jiashan with a planning area of 16.5 km². CSJSP has been set up by the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (CSSD) and the Jiashan County Government, and has been highly valued since its inception. Jiashan has been building the Vitality and Prosperity industrial platform in the city, fully participating in the industrial development of the Yangtze River Delta.

嘉善县位于浙江省嘉兴市，紧邻沪苏，是长三角一体化战略落地的核心区域。中新嘉善现代产业园位于嘉善县东北，规划面积16.5平方公里，是中新苏州工业园区开发集团股份有限公司（中新集团）与嘉善县政府的重要合作项目，园区成立之初便受到浙江、江苏两省政府领导高度重视。嘉善谋划"万亩千亿"产业平台，深度参与长三角产业分工，通过以中新嘉善现代产业园为代表的高标准产城融合平台撬动区域升级，推进长三角一体化发展。

CSSD has been working on the development of the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) for 25 years. With the growth and the success SIP has achieved, CSSD has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in developing and operating industrial parks in China. CSSD has also successfully developed and operated industrial park projects in other areas, such as Nantong (Jiangsu), Chuzhou (Anhui), Jiashan (Zhejiang) and Yinchuan (Ningxia).
