China's new Individual Income Tax Rules (个人所得税法) came into effect on January 1, introducing new definitions and rules that impact all taxpayers in China. To provide member companies with more guidance on these new rules, AmCham Shanghai has arranged for the Nanjing municipal Tax Bureau (南京市税务局) to conduct a workshop on February28, Thursday, 14:00 - 16：00 am on the new tax rules including the changes in definition of "tax-paying resident". This event is aimed at corporate and human resources representatives that manage tax issues for employees. Because of the limited time for the briefing, the session will be held in Chinese.
