
Richard is the Managing Director of Collective Responsibility, the Founder of HandsOn China, and an Adjunct Professor of Sustainability and Social Innovation at Southern Methodist University, driven by the belief that change begins with a single step, Richard Brubaker has spent the last 20 years in Asia working to engage, inspire, and equip those around him to take their first step.
To date, Richard has overseen the development and execution of more than 200 projects focused on solving the social, environmental, and economic challenges that are faced in Asia. Richard holds a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Roger Zeng has been managing sales and marketing for Patagonia in mainland China since 2006. A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Engineering, he spent his previous life in the IT industry in Toronto and the Silicon Valley before transitioning into outdoor industry in China in 2004. He tries mixing up work with his love for snowboarding, trail running, sailing and triathlon.
Roger is also a holder of MicroMaster in Statistics and MIT, and Master Degree candidate in Data Science at Harvard University.

With 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, William Chen has spent half of his career with multinational companies specializing in Public Affairs and Policy, and the other half with a publicly listed biotech firm, serving as Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Investor Relations.
He brings deep expertise in government affairs, policy shaping, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a strong track record in advancing market access, managing investor communications, and driving cross-border collaborations. His background bridges both global innovation environments and China’s dynamic biotech landscape, enabling him to translate policy and business insights into actionable growth strategies.

Yan Jiang is a journalist-turned communications advisor at FGS Global. She helps companies with global footprints or ambitions to influence their key stakeholders and win in their critical moments.
In the past seven years, Yan has advised clients in raising corporate profile and protecting reputation via external communications and media engagement, thought leadership, IPO and M&A transaction communications, executive trainings, litigation communications as well as broader crisis preparedness and management.
Prior to that, Yan was a journalist for over 16 years. She worked in Beijing and Hong Kong at Reuters, South China Morning Post, Mergermarket and China Daily, covering various beats such as macro economy and geopolitics, property and financial markets, M&A financing and syndicated loans, and aviation.
Yan holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Annie has been serving as Head of Marketing and General Manager for the Kallista Brand at Kitchen & Bath China since July 2025.
In this capacity, Annie leads the KALLISTA brand’s growth initiatives while overseeing the Marketing team to strengthen branding, marketing communications, showroom design, and maintain high standards of marketing excellence. She joined Kohler Co. in July 2005 as a sales executive focused on large-scale hospitality and residential projects, collaborating with designers and architects based in Singapore. Over her tenure, Annie advanced through various sales positions, achieving significant success with projects and partnerships within the designers and architects channel. She eventually led the Kohler Design Consulting group for the project segment across Asia Pacific and China. Four years ago, she transitioned to a global role as Director of Global Projects Sales (GPS) and Sales Operations, where she was responsible for driving project specifications with global designers, architects, international hotel brands, and cross-regional developers, based in Chicago from 2022 to 2024. Her role included cross-functional collaboration with global marketing teams and regional project sales execution, managing global sales operations such as lead distribution, pipeline dashboards, performance tracking, market share analysis, and overall data analytics.
Before joining Kohler Co., Annie gained experience working at several award-winning architectural firms in Singapore, focusing primarily on luxury residential developments throughout the Asia Pacific and China regions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Interior Design from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

Kiki have been working in the sustainability field for the past 9 years, with in-depth knowledge and experience in advisory and project management for ESG and sustainability related projects across both Europe and China markets. She has led and delivered many ESG and sustainability related projects for international companies, including both financial institutions (FIs) and nonfinancial institutions (non-FIs).
Kiki have profound understanding of policies and demonstrate strong research and analytical capabilities, also deliver trainings to industry leaders such as UBS, Alibaba, etc. She collaborated with other universities such as Hongkong University and Tongji University on sustainability related programs and she previously worked for many years as a Financial Specialist at leading European banks, with deep expertise in consultancy and tech transformation.
Kiki studied and worked in Europe for over 15 years, holding a double degree in Business and Finance, as well as MBA from Europe.


Vincent has over 16 years of experience in the textile and fashion industry. He is the co-founder of Remakehub, a startup that focuses on turning waste into valuable products and materials for the apparel and plastic industry. He also serves as Director of Cheng Kung Garments, a 47 years old family business that focuses on garment products for premium brands using sustainable materials and processes.
Vincent also works with different startup accelerators such as Fashion for Good, German Accelerator, and Startupbootcamp as a mentor and advisor to help startups in the Fashion industry.

Ann Wang launched her career in the agrochemical industry at FMC following the completion of her Master’s degree at Nanjing Agricultural University. She has cultivated deep expertise in fungicides and plant health, spearheading the market launch of FMC’s biological formulation product line. Through the introduction of advanced, eco-friendly, and efficient biological solutions, she plays a key role in driving the green transformation of China’s agriculture sector. Her efforts reinforce FMC’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and contribute substantially to the advancement of its ESG culture and practices in the industry.

Ellen is an impact investor turned General Manager at Reset Carbon, an environmental consulting firm with 14+ years of experience in Asia helping enterprises make meaningful carbon footprint reduction. She has devoted her time in helping many Fortune 500 businesses reduce their global carbon footprint and meeting their carbon neutral goals through executing on the ground with the businesses and their value chain. She drives value by leveraging the strengths of diverse backgrounds and creating long term strategic and sustainable plan. She was previously a Chief Information Officer at a Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance with 2 decades of experience in technology and data and had worked internationally across New York, London, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Ellen has degrees in Mathematics & Economics from Smith College, a Data Science degree from the MIT Digital Program, and a certification in International Relations and Quantitative Methods in Economics & Business from Harvard.
