Sharon Ho (Managing Director of Digitas China)

Sharon Ho

Managing Director of Digitas China

I believe that, when people are learning, they are growing. I’m on a quest to make excellence a part of those lives that I come in contact with. For me, every day is an opportunity to make my world a better, more compassionate place to live in.

While I’m a person who is always seeking a positive outcome, I don’t let challenges stand in the way of my search to find them. I never let my emotions create a negative environment. In fact, life has offered me the most incredible outcomes when I have taken the biggest risks. Personally and professionally, I see that obstacles are just opportunities in disguise. Overcoming adversity has always made me stronger.

My professional life currently sits at the crossroads of technology, data, and communications. After receiving my B.A. from Hong Kong Baptist University, I began my career in advertising as an Account Management person at various local and regional 4A agencies in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

I joined Publicis Sapient as Executive Director in 2017. There I immersed myself in the world of digital transformation and technology. In 2018, I made the final digital transition to DIGITAS Shanghai as Managing Director. At DIGITAS, I lead a diversified team of strategists, technologists, and creatives to help our brand clients explore the connection between brands, consumers, and innovative ideas.

Partnering with client brands (Cartier, SK2, MDLZ, Unilever, GSK, Visa, UBS, HSBC, Nike, and much more) to achieve digital transformation and marketing modernization through the intersection of Creativity, Technology, and Data.

“I realize that digital is not an extension of business paradigms, but rather the core of the transformation opportunity. Empowering and encouraging diverse functions to put digital first is vital for winning in this ever-changing market. I am looking forward to working with brands to realize this digital transformation.”
