Bill Russo is the Shanghai-based Founder and CEO of Automobility Limited, a strategy and investment advisory firm helping its clients to create the future of mobility. His over 35 years of experience includes 15 years as an automotive executive, including 14 years of experience in China and Asia. He has also worked nearly 12 years in the electronics and information technology industries. He has worked as an advisor and consultant for numerous multinational and local Chinese firms in the formulation and implementation of their global market and product strategies.

In his current role, Bill advises start-ups, corporations and investors on how to maximize their participation in China’s Automobility Revolution. In order to achieve success, he believes they must expand their focus from the product (the automobile) to the utility derived from the product (“automobility”), and create a business model and digital ecosystem optimized to provide digitally enabled solutions for both car owners and mobility services users.

Bill was previously the regional head of Chrysler in North East Asia, where he successfully negotiated agreements with partners and obtained required approvals from the China government to bring six new vehicle programs to the market in a three-year period, while concurrently establishing an infrastructure for local sourcing and sales distribution.

Tiger was the founder and CEO of JWord INC. in Japan 2000 which became the most advanced search engine in the country and was merged by Yahoo Japan and GMO Inc in 2005.

His other professional achievements include:

-2007 innovated free antivirus software mode
-2009-2010 served as vice president of Kingsoft group, president of Kingsoft security
-2013-2015 served as vice president of Qihu 360

Tiger is the CEO of SINGULATO MOTORS, where he focuses on researching, developing and manufacturing Intelligence EVs in China. In April 2017, SINGULATO MOTORS launched the first prototype of a production car – the iS6. In 2018, iS6 will achieve mass production.

As part of his China Capital Access remit, Alexious leads CITIC-CLSA’s research in the internationalization and liberalization of China’s capital markets Connect programs, QFII/QDII and WFOE schemes, and other government-led initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Alexious also manages CLSA’s industrial research team covering China’s automotive, engineering, infrastructure and transport sectors. Before joining CLSA in 2011, Alexious held senior marketing roles at international companies based in China, including Fiat Group of Companies and Ingersoll-Rand, from 1998. Alexious ranked No.1 Best Regional Automotive Analyst in Asiamoney’s Brokers Poll in 2018 for his cautious industry outlook from as early as 2H17.

Dr Yolanda, XI Yunxia, has more than 15 years working experience in automotive industry. She is with ON Semiconductor, responsible for all regional automotive marketing activities of intelligent sensing products in China and Taiwan. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor, she worked for Infineon, Freescale and NXP, covering the chip architecture design, system application development and market business development. Dr. Xi has rich professional experience in automotive application solutions, MCU architecture, Intelligent sensing of Autonomous Driving car, functional safety and more. She holds a Ph.D. in electronic and electrical engineering from National University of Singapore.

Carlos Barrasa took up the role of Vice President, BP/Castrol Lubricants in 2015, overseeing the overall lubricants Greater China business. Carlos first joined BP/Castrol in 2000 as the Industrial lubricants area manager for his home country of Spain. Over the last fifteen years, based out of the UK, he has held a number of different roles across the lubricants business. From distributor management, fleet services, Marine and strategy and transformation for the lubricants B2B businesses. Before coming to China, Carlos was sales director for the Industrial business in Europe & Asia Pacific and led a major European transformation programme.

Carlos has a degree in Chemical Engineering, MA in marketing and an Executive MBA. He is married and has four children.

Trevor Bilicke is a 30-year 3M employee, originally from Michigan, USA. He joined 3M in 1989 in Optimized Operations. After 3 years of this project work, he joined Film Division as a process engineer and advanced into supervision and management prior to a Six Sigma Blackbelt role.

In 2003, he became Plant Manager in Cumberland, WI as part of Abrasive Systems Division, and then moved to ASD Manufacturing Operations Manager in St. Paul.

In 2010, he was appointed Manufacturing Director of Consumer Health Care Division, then, in 2014, moved to Film Manufacturing and Supply Chain Organization supporting Renewable Energy and Display Materials & Systems Divisions.

In 2017, Trevor was appointed Global Service Director, 3M Manufacturing & Supply Chain, where he was leading customer delivery optimization and supply chain digitization efforts. In 2018, he
relocated to 3M China to lead Manufacturing & Supply Chain for Greater China Area with 13 manufacturing locations and 6 distribution centers.

Frank Ye has been working in the automotive component industry for more than 20 years.

In the beginning 10 years between 1996 and 2006, he served in various management positions including project management, international purchasing, in-bound and out-bound logistics, assistant to General Manager, BoD secretary etc. in ZF Shanghai Steering System Co., Ltd. (now Bosch Huayu Steering System Co., Ltd.).

Between 2002 and 2003, Frank was selected by SAIC Group and was sent to Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto for its renowned EMBA program where he successfully obtained his MBA diploma. Frank also obtained an MBA diploma from Tongji University in Shanghai in 2006.

Starting from August 2006, Frank was transferred to SAIC Group, working in the Component Business Management Board, responsible for administration of subordinate companies and strategic discussions between cooperation partners.

In April 2009, Frank was transferred to Huayu Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. (HASCO Group), as one of the founding team members. HASCO (600741.SH) is China's largest component holding company majority held by SAIC Group.

Frank is responsible for corporate strategy, 5-year strategic plan of HASCO and subordinate companies, business development and business portfolio management. He is the contact window in HASCO for all M&A opportunities, and therefore led multiple M&A initiatives.

Due to Frank's strategic planning role in HASCO HQ, Frank has profound knowledge in the Chinese automotive component business, and also a clear understanding of latest mega-trends of the Chinese and global automotive industry. He also serves as VP investment in HASCO Shanghai (HASCO's investment platform), looking for investment opportunities in the area of light-weighting, power-train electrification, smart cabin related technology, and intelligent driving related hardware and software, etc.

Mr. Zhou is familiar with National NEV industry policies and has rich experience in researching and participating in the formulation of them. He has joined NIO for over 3.5 years, witnessing almost the every step of NIO’s even all NEV start-ups’ development.

Before joining NIO, Mr. Zhou had served for the local government for more than 10 years in government policy decision-making and official news media, paying much attention to the development of NEV industry.
