The fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress Standing Committee passed revisions to the PRC Individual Income Tax ("IIT") on August 31, 2018. Experts from Ernst & Young will provide a deeper understanding of the IIT reform and its potential impact on corporate HR strategy.
