Step 1: Select up to 4 employees to attend the forum [note – they should be committed to attend 5/6 times minimum]

Step 2: Each candidate takes a survey (basic information for group division)

Step 3: Pay RMB 1,200/ 4 employees/ 2 seasons | 2 seasons/ 1 year (Spring & Fall)

RMB 1,200 for 4 employees within the company for one year. There will be 2 seasons of the forum in one year, 2 employees for one season.
