Aiying Wang is Vice president and GM, Circuit Protections and Controls (CPC) Division - APAC, Eaton Corporation, located in Shanghai, China. Aiying has over 20 years of experience in the material science domain, electronics industry, consumer products, and automotive field. Prior to this, Aiying was VP/GM for KEMET Electronics located in Suzhou for five years where she took great pride in the leadership team they have built together to achieve worldwide performance records. Aiying has served in various roles within KEMET in operations, R&D, and process engineering in the US. She has also worked for six years at Michelin, North America, where she was in charge of the North America (NA) Raw Material Supplier Technical Group. In her first industrial job as a bench chemist and project manager at Bic USA for seven years, where she was granted over a dozen US patents as the main inventor. Aiying holds a PhD degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and a BS degree in Chemistry from Shandong University.

Maria Liang is a partner of Deloitte China. She is also the Tax & Business Advisory Service Leader for Eastern Region of Deloitte China. She was the Managing Partner of Deloitte Suzhou from 2015 to 2017.

Maria has over 20 years of working experience, 18 years out of which are with professional industry. Her expertise includes providing PRC tax advisory and business consultancy services for multinationals inbound investments in China and Chinese companies' outbound investments abroad across industries primarily including life science and healthcare, TMT and education sectors.

Mr. Qin Zou has Bachelor degree Electrical Engineering; Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and Doctor degree in Business Administration. From 1986 to 1990, he was the visiting scholar in University of Maryland – college Park conducting researches in computer simulation. Mr. Qin Zou started his career at Black & Decker as inter in 1989. While he worked in Towson as R&D engineer, He obtained one US patent and published 16 technical papers in various technical journals. In 1998, he came to Suzhou plant as the purchasing Manager. Today, Suzhou plant is one of the largest plant in SBD. In June 2006, the Governor of Maryland State presented Mr. Zou the “honorary citizenship of State” for his outstanding contributions made in Maryland globalization. He currently is Vice President of global operation for Consumer Power Tools.

Steven has over 20 years experiences in Semiconductor & Electronics industry. He joined Knowles in 2006, was in charge of various business divisions in Knowles China. Steven was promoted to Vice President & Managing Director China in 2012 and started to take responsibilities of product Management for MCE-China from 2017.
Knowles Corporation is a US leading public company on designing and manufacturing of advanced Acoustic & Electronic components. Knowles China has manufactory in Suzhou and offices in Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen etc., around 3000 employees in total.
Steven now is taking over-all responsibilities of China operation, engineering, quality, equipment, supply chain, product development, and driving product line growth for SiSonic in Great China.

Tom Ward is a business management consultant who has been working with Asian-Pacific businesses for over thirty years, the last twenty working and residing in China.

In 2005 Tom restructured his management consulting and formed PIM, Ltd. in the USA with a WOFE, PIM China, Ltd. in Shanghai. Over the past thirteen years PIM China has provided market opportunity analysis for entering or expanding into China’s industrial market sectors. In recent years, PIM has broadened its services to include cross border inbound and outbound investment support.

Tom is articulate in the different business customs of the region, openings and barriers to market entry, and the various ways of creating successful business ventures in China.
