AmCham Shanghai's Real Estate & Construction Committee and Environmental Committee are pleased to hold a special tour of One Museum Place jointly on Thursday, Oct 18th from 11:15 am to 1:30 pm.

Located in the Museum Place area in downtown Shanghai, One Museum Place is a combination of a 60-story prime office building and a retail pavilion. It's one of the newest hubs of both business and recreation developed in Shanghai. Museum One Place will be one of the first LEED Platinum office towers in Shanghai. LEED Platinum is the highest rating that the U.S. Green Building Council uses to certify buildings based on energy saving, cost saving and other criteria. The tour will highlight the building's sustainability features, with a focus on its monitored and controlled temperature, humidity and filtration systems.
