AmCham Shanghai's Real Estate & Construction Committee invites you to attend a special tour of co-living space on Tuesday, Sep 11. Following shared office and shared transportation, shared living is becoming a new form of community living in which individuals reside under the same roof, with all living necessities covered. It has gained rapid popularity across the globe, especially among millennials as it helps people to "live with purpose and share their passion".

The tour will show you around one of the communities that a Chinese coliving startup V+Space operates in Shanghai. It incorporates shared residential and office space, an innovation incubator as well as commercial facilities into one ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for members to learn more about the latest trends in the real estate industry and the challenges faced by a coliving space developer. The tour will be led by led by Joanne Zhang, GM for V+Space International.

Transportation will be provided for this event. A bus will leave promptly at 8:15 AM from Shanghai Centre, in front of the Portman Ritz Carlton Hotel. Please be on time.
