Gary spent 10 years in AkzoNobel and Air Liquide as Director Legal North Asia and a member of China. He was responsible for management of legal, compliance and government affairs. Now, he practices in M&A, JV, project investment and relocation, especially in manufacture and chemical sectors. Gary is experienced in environment-related administrative actions and disputes, advising on practical solution in a commercial reasonable manner. Gary also has international and domestic law firms experience and law degree from ECUPL and NYU.
杨志鹏，先后在阿克苏诺贝尔和液化空气集团担任北亚地区法律事务总监，主管法律、规章与政府事务。目前，他主要负责制造与化工产业的重组并购、合资、项目投资与转移业务。Gary有着处理环境领域行政诉讼与纠纷的丰富经验，因而能够以合理的商务方式提出极具实用性的解决方案。此外，Gary拥有华东政法大学及纽约大学的法学学位，并先后服务过国际与国内律师事务所。
