AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to a policy briefing by Shanghai Bureau of Price Supervision and Anti-Monopoly (上海市价格监督检查与反垄断局) on the newly released Fair Competition Inspection policy (公平竞争审查制度) and anti-monopoly inspection practices(反垄断执法). This event will be held at AmCham Shanghai Conference Center on Friday, June 8th at 2:15 - 4:00 pm.

In October 2017, NDRC (the National Development and Reform Commission) and 4 other Ministries jointly released the Guidelines​ on the implementation of the Fair Competition Inspection regime, which aims to restrain all government agencies from making policies that are partial to certain industrial players. Separately, the central government has also started a discussion on updating the Anti-Monopoly Law which was introduced in 2007. Officials from the Shanghai Bureau of Price Supervision and Anti-Monopoly will introduce the implementation of the policy/law mentioned above and share some case studies.
