The English slang "Elephants in the Room" expresses a silent social phenomena for certain obvious facts in people's private and public life. We have all experienced this. In the work environment, certain topics have been quietly banned--we do not speak our minds, and we never talk openly.


Facilitation is an art as well as a science. It can help groups effectively discuss and make decisions. The tools and processes used to guide can encourage everyone to use their different backgrounds, values, interests, and abilities to make high-quality decisions. Facilitation can improve the quality of interaction between people, groups , and make them more focused on the results.


This training will let everyone experience allowing the "elephant" to come out in the work place.

Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.

If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Ivette Corominas at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. *What is Training Credit?
As an extra offer to all AmCham Shanghai members, each member will be granted with ONE Training Credit with their valid membership term.
