Themed Building Shared Service Center: The Road to Human Resources Excellence, the event will be held on April 26th, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, at the Century Business Plaza. She will also share best practices on how to build, maintain and manage shared service centers in a way to add value to stakeholders.

Hu Jian, Associate Director of Deloitte Human Capital Consulting, will present the key findings of the recent benchmark survey and study on Workforce Planning and Labor Cost Management. Based on the survey with over 150 companies in China that participated, the study will provide benchmarking on various metrics and help us dive into the next level of HR productivity and back-office efficiency.
