    Robin Park

    Robin Park is a Partner in the International Tax Group of Squar Milner’s Los Angeles office. Robin has spent his entire fourteen-year career practicing international tax with both global and Big Four firms. His experience includes advising clients in all areas of international tax, providing inbound and outbound tax advisory services for publicly-traded companies, privately-held companies, private equity groups, and high-net worth individuals. Robin has a particular emphasis in the following areas: offshore IP holding companies and supply chain planning/restructurings; cross-border M&A, including tax due diligence and pre-acquisition structuring as well as post-acquisition integration planning; U.S. anti-deferral planning (i.e., subpart F provisions); foreign tax credit optimization strategies; income tax treaty interpretation and analysis; and effectively connected income to a US trade or business analyses and planning, including FIRPTA. Robin has experience serving a variety of industries, including: apparel & retail; biotechnology and life sciences; consumer products and manufacturing; entertainment; food and hospitality; high-technology; private equity; and real estate.
