Ron Cai has more than 25 years of legal experience assisting clients in U.S.-China business projects. He handles international mergers & acquisitions, general business and corporate law for multinational companies in China, international business transactions, and dispute resolution. Mr. Cai also advises clients on contract law, employment and labor law, intellectual property rights, regulatory approvals, and corporate compliance auditing. He is familiar with a wide range of industries, including, e-commerce, high-tech, media and entertainment, retail and distribution, healthcare, renewable energy, transportation and heavy machinery industries, and infrastructure projects. He also represents Chinese companies in their business transactions and litigation in the U.S. Ron speaks and writes frequently on U.S.-Chinese business issues.

Han Lai has 17 years of international consulting experience specialised in cyber security breach advisory and digital forensic investigation, including 5 years practices in Greater China. He has extensive practical experience in investigating technology fraud, network intrusion, cyber breach response, intellectual properties theft, commercial dispute, international arbitration, regulatory non-compliance, criminal offense, electronic discovery and litigation support.

Mr. Lai has testified in the UK Court and worked extensively with international corporation, external legal counsel, and law enforcement agencies across UK, US, and Asia Pacific regions.

Liza Lin is the Wall Street Journal's Shanghai-based China technology reporter, covering topics ranging from U.S.-China government-business relations to hot button tech issues such as artificial intelligence and digital surveillance. She has had 10 years of reporting experience across Asia, with a strong focus on China and South East Asia. Ms. Lin studied journalism in Singapore's Nanyang Technological University and won a Fulbright scholarship to finish a Masters degree in Global Affairs at Yale University.
