Jessica Zhang is Vice President, Human Resources, Electrical Sector Asia Pacific for Eaton, a power management company with headquarters in Ireland. In her current role, she is responsible for defining and implementing workforce strategies focusing on talent management, employee engagement and culture, as well as organizational effectiveness in order to support the Electrical Sector’s business growth objectives in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, she was the Human Resources Director, Power Distribution Division, Electrical Sector Asia Pacific and Compensation and Benefits Director, Asia Pacific, Corporate. Tony Ling has over 20 years’ experience in HR management. Brickhouse joined Eaton in 1985 and has held senior-level leadership positions of increasing responsibility for the Electrical Sector including senior vice president and general manager, Distributed Power Quality Division; senior vice president and general manager, Critical Power Solutions Division; vice president, Global Sales, Service and Support; and director, Sales and Services, Europe, Middle East and Africa. In his current role, Brickhouse is responsible for overseeing the company’s electrical business in the Asia Pacific region, which includes manufacturing operations, sales, marketing, technology and product development.

Han Lin is a Deputy General Manager of Wells Fargo in China, and a Senior Relationship Manager. In his role, Han advises Wells Fargo commercial customers on their U.S-China cross-border strategic financing and trade needs. Wells Fargo provides international banking services to corporates, financial institutions and multilateral agencies – organizations such as the United Nations and World Bank – through more than 35 offices worldwide. Offerings include local currency financing, payments, collections, trade services and outsourcing, deposits, credit, foreign exchange, and derivatives. Han began his career with Wells Fargo in 2004 in Charlotte, N.C. where he was involved in a series of strategic initiatives encompassing credit, payments, trade and acquisitions. Two years later, he moved to China where he has been ever since. He is currently the Chair of the Financial Services Committee, American Chamber of Commerce Shanghai and lives in Shanghai with his wife and two daughters.

Claire Yu, growing with the rapid development of Geely, has over ten years experience in HR management. She is experienced in Geely’s corporate culture, personnel training and talent development. Robert Treme was appointed director of Human Resources for GM China on May 1, 2014 and is currently based at GM China’s headquarters in Shanghai. Treme began his career with General Motors in 1999 as a labor relations representative in the Warren Transmission Plant in Warren, Michigan. The following year, he became administrator for Expatriate Policy Development – North America. In 2002, he was appointed human resources representative for Communications, and a year later for Corporate Human Resources. In 2004, Treme took his first international assignment as regional human resources manager for Manufacturing, Quality and Powertrain at GM Asia Pacific in Seoul, Korea. Treme then moved to Shanghai in 2007 as human resources manager for Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Powertrain, Communications and Government Relations at GM China. Prior to taking on his present position, in 2010, Treme served as director of Human Resources Operations at GM Korea Company. Treme has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of South Carolina.
