AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to a briefing session on the 2018 China International Import Expo (CIIE). Officials from the China International Import Expo Bureau (CIIEB) will introduce the Expo and explain how American companies can participate and benefit from it. This briefing will be held at 10:30am-12:00pm on March 28th at AmCham Shanghai. Representatives from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), the Shanghai Commerce Commission and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products will also attend.

China Global Capital, a MOFCOM partner for the Expo, will also present on support for participating companies.

As announced by President Xi Jinping, China will host the first China International Import Expo in Shanghai in November 5-10. Co-hosted by MOFCOM and Shanghai's municipal government, this event is expected to attract companies from throughout the world and will be opened by Xi Jinping. The Expo is focused exclusively on imports and will feature matchmaking opportunities, business seminars, and product releases. There will also be country pavilions for exhibitions.
