The Giving & Receiving Feedback Workshop explores the mindset, skills, and behavior required to use effective feedback to increase self-awareness and drive overall team performance.Used correctly, feedback can have a positive impact on team performance. Used incorrectly, feedback can cause negative feelings and increase demotivation and disengagement. By understanding the proper approach to delivering feedback, participants will maximize the positive and minimize negative outcomes.The workshop also discusses how to receive feedback without feeling threatened or defensive, as well as how to apply the technique of self-feedback to identify strengths and potential areas for improvement.

    Trainer,Coach at Simitri

    Judith has more than 25 years of experience working with large Western multinational corporations operating in China and the Asia Pacific region. In her roles, she has gained significant expertise in the areas of talent management and leadership development.

    Prior to joining Simitri, Judith held senior HR roles for AstraZeneca, IKEA, Logitech, and Apple where she developed exceptional management practices to match the challenges of fast-paced business expansion in China.

    Today as a coach, trainer, and facilitator for Simitri, Judith works with professionals individually and in small groups to grow on both personal and professional levels. Judith’s clients include corporate leaders from sales, marketing, corporate affairs, sourcing, R&D, logistics, retail, procurement, finance, and HR at levels spanning from middle managers to top executives. Her coaching style is a mixture of supporting and challenging, with strategic and tactical approaches that build on a solid foundation of mutual trust.

    Judith holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Central College in Sydney, Australia, as well as a Master of Political Science and Law degree from East China University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and certified in the Executive Coach Certification Program (ECCP) by Coaching Australia and NLP Coach. She is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test with Australian Psychologists Press.
