Paul is the founder and CEO of Isity Global (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, an end-to-end smart city and smart infrastructure solutions integration company. Beddie has lived and worked in Asia since 1991 starting in Japan and has held multiple roles in increasingly senior capacities for the likes of Chiyoda Corporation, Deloitte Consulting, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, PeopleSoft and prior to Isity with Genpact-Headstong. A consummate business development professional, he has sold and delivered over $600 million in business transformation, IT, BPO and recently sustainability projects across Asia.

Beddie received his B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, completed the Stanford Executive Management Program at the National University of Singapore and recently completed the MIT program "Beyond Smart Cities" in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He currently lives with his wife and children in Shanghai, China.

Originally from the US, Louie founded PureLiving in 2010 to meet the demand for clean indoor air and water in China. Today, with branches in Shanghai, Beijing, and Suzhou, PureLiving is China’s leading indoor environmental quality testing and consulting firm. PureLiving specializing in advising residential and corporate clients on air and water quality, mold, asbestos and lead exposure issues. PureLiving implements solutions for clean air including the design and installation of filtration and IAQ monitoring systems.

Louie has over 20 years of scientific consulting experience as a chemical warfare engineer with the US Army, trained with the US CDC, and was formerly the Asia Strategy Director for Thomson Reuters’ Scientific Division. He has led or supervised over 1800 environmental and green building projects in China and the US.

Louie is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association, has trained with the US Centers for Disease Control, and is a graduate of Harvard College and Dartmouth Business School. Louie is a frequent public speaker for radio, television, CEIBS Business School, and industry associations including CoreNet and IFMA.

Don has 15 years experience leading a broad variety of real estate, urban development, infrastructure and research projects in Asia and North America. He holds the LEED AP green building designation and leads Isity Global’s solutioning team. Don has worked in China for over ten years and is a frequent contributor to sustainability, renewable energy and smart city initiatives.

Dagmar is the Global Client Relations Manager at MZN, and is responsible for ensuring clients' needs are met throughout the whole process, from the design and planning phase to project completion and beyond, worldwide. She studied literature and psychology at the University of Sydney and has worked in the interior design field for over 5 years.

MZN is a specialised landscape design and engineering studio with experience across a broad spectrum of projects, from luxury residential to corporate headquarters, embassies to multi-million-dollar hospitality landscapes.
