AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center and Caterpillar Suzhou invites you to join the factory tour on Friday 23 March, 13:30-16:00 and followed with a gathering dinner at the Shin Kong Palace (Restaurant TBC). Wilson Wang, General Manager of Caterpillar Suzhou will lead and facilitate the factory tour and round table discussion with a focus on Quality Control and Operational Excellence.

    Wilson Wang

    General Manager at Caterpillar Suzhou

    Wilson Wang, General Manager for Caterpillar Suzhou Co. Ltd. (CSCL), be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of CSCL operations, as well as driving synergies and operation improvements to support Caterpillar’s Win in China strategy. Wilson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Shandong Mining College in 1983 and he obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from Executive MBA program from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 1999. In 1994, Wilson worked as a supply chain supervisor in Caterpillar Xuzhou Ltd. (CXL) where he was a key pioneer in building the CXL supply chain process. Later, he became the Governmental Affairs Manager in Cat Beijing, followed by a position in Caterpillar Logistics Tianjin Ltd (CLTL) from 1999 to 2004. Wilson joined Caterpillar from Atlas Copco China where he served as General Manager responsible for the overall management and business development for three Atlas manufacturing facilities in China from 2004 to 2014. After 10 years Cat working experience and 10 years Atlas working experience, Wilson came back to Caterpillar to be the General Manager of CSCL in Mar 2014.
