On March 21, AmCham Shanghai is kicking off its 2018 Charity Month with our annual e-waste recycling drive with Netspring Social Enterprise and clothing collection with Green Initiatives. Members can donate used electronics, cables, batteries, and other e-waste at AmCham Shanghai's Conference Center from 13:30 to 16:30 on March 21. Netspring will recycle the donations and use a portion of the donations to outfit e-classrooms in rural China. From March 21 to April 20, AmCham Shanghai will collect gently used clothing to donate in Green Initiatives' RE: FORM Project, which recycles and reuses discarded clothing.

AmCham Shanghai's 2018 Charity Month (from March 21 to April 21) provides an opportunity to give back to the community. It will conclude with the 2018 AmCham Ball at the Shanghai Tower in Pudong on April 21. Proceeds from the ball will be donated to this year's NGO beneficiaries: Mifanmama, Xiersen Children Service Center, and China Zigen Rural Education and Development Association. Please visit our website for more information on the 2018 AmCham Ball and the NGO beneficiaries and how you can contribute.
