The customer service department usually handles various customers under time pressure and complex compliance requirements, which means they have to complete the whole service circle within one call that sometimes includes trust building, solution offering and agreement reaching. Meanwhile, customers are asking for more customized but not mechanized service. The conflict between “service capability” and “customer needs” impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty; it also brings emotional pressure to service reps. To reduce the conflict, service reps need to master more concise and highly-effective service skills in order to fulfill service requests in the shortest time with the highest quality. Meanwhile, they also need to learn how to stay positive when handling various pressures.

Key learnings:
During the one-day training, trainees will gain from the high-interaction and action- learning environment:
  • Positive Expressing: introduce product and service in most concise way, and increase the acceptability through positive expressing way.
  • 30s Trust Building: quickly gain customer trust in both emotional and professional perspectives.

  • 显性需求 vs 隐性需求
  • BNA 分析:深入理解对方的需求(含视频分享和小组研讨)
  • 有效提问的技巧 (互动游戏:Who am I;实战演练:开放式 vs 封闭式提问)
  • 确保双方理解一致的话术(实战演练:辩论中的相互理解)

Registration

  • All registrations shall be made online before the session. For full-day sessions, payment also shall be made before the session.
  • For half-day sessions, AmCham Shanghai members are eligible to attend free of charge with Training Credit*; AmCham Shanghai members without Training Credit are eligible to attend at “Member Rate”; Employees who work at AmCham Shanghai member companies are eligible to attend at "Employee Rate".

Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a half-day session, please notify Ivette Corominas at (86 21) 6279 7119 ext. 5671 or email ivette.corominas@amcham-shanghai.org no less than 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Ivette Corominas at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
  • To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
*What is Training Credit?
As an extra offer to all AmCham Shanghai members, each member will be granted with ONE Training Credit with their valid membership term.
