The Decision Making with Big Data Workshop is a highly interactive course providing participants with the knowledge and skills to turn data into actionable results. Designed for team members that do not have a quantitative background, the workshop focuses on helping participants learn how data can and cannot be used to make decisions.

A key element of the workshop is introducing the methodologies and tools for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. While participants may not always conduct the analysis themselves, knowing the big picture helps participants when presenting big data and using the insight to influence others towards a decision. The workshop also gives participants the basics needed to conduct business experiments, evaluate results, and identify the next steps.
