On July 1st, 2017, the “Nationwide Customs Clearance Integration Regime” (全国通关一体化改革) officially took effect across the country. Under this reform, a Risk Control Center (风控中心) and Taxation Collection Center (税管中心) will manage key customs services and supervision of various customs offices. By unifying key customs responsibilities under these national level centers, the government hopes to reduce clearance time and costs.

AmCham Shanghai's Trade Facilitation Taskforce (TFT) is pleased to present briefings by representatives of the new Risk Control Center (风控中心), and the new Taxation Center (税管中心) on Thursday, Nov 16th from 9:00 am to 11:30 am at AmCham Shanghai Conference Center. They will share best practices and take questions from the audience on their policies.
