Supply chain management involves the management of the flow of goods. This includes the movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption. It involves the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procuring raw materials, converting those materials to a finished product, and delivering that finished product to consumers. Coordinating and collaborating with suppliers, intermediaries, third parties, and customers is critical in the execution of these activities. Therefore, supply chain management is one tool for enterprises to take a competitive lead in the market.

From this training, you will gain better insight into the very essence of supply chain management, with case studies and best practices, which are useful to lead, innovate and drive your business successes.
