Members are invited to join AmCham Shanghai's HR Committee for a Summer Mixer on Wednesday, July 19 from 16:30 to 18:30 held at the AmCham Shanghai Office. The event will kick-off with a presentation from Alice Wong, HR Director and D&I Leader of Greater China at Ernst & Young (EY) and Chair of the HR Committee at AmCham Shanghai followed by a mixer with drinks and snacks.

The presentation will explore:
  • What kind of role does HR/HRBP play when supporting a business going through M&A?
  • Is cultural integration important; how we can make it work?

    HR Director and D&I Leader, Greater China of Ernst & Young

    Alice Wong has over 20 years of HR experience in HR enablement, business partnering, performance management, diversity and inclusiveness, organizational development, recruiting and people engagement. She joined EY 11 years ago and used to work in consulting, corporate, Big4 and executive search firms. She has a Bachelor of Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is the Chairperson of HR Committee at Amcham Shanghai. Alice resides in Shanghai with her husband and two children.
