Simon Wan is the Chief Executive of Cornerstone International Group worldwide and is a Certified NLP Coach, Certified New Horizons Coach & Member of International Coach Federation. He graduated with an MBA & BSC, from University of Alberta, Canada. In Shanghai since 1993, he was CEO of British Inchcape Group, Central China & GM of Royal Philips Lighting, East Asia, before joining Cornerstone China Team as their President in 2003. While in Canada, Simon was China Trade Director of the Canadian Government of Alberta and was the Hong Kong GM of Carnation Foods (acquired by Nestlé) & GM of Marmon Group – Getz Brothers’. Simon brings a unique combination of experience from three disciplines – the Corporate Executive Suite, Management Consulting and public sector. He uses a practical business approach to help companies in their executive needs, as well as on ways to capitalize on their strengths in leadership and ensuring contributions are aligned with business and personal goals.

Julie Zhou is the Cornerstone Executive Coach. Julie developed her strategic vision through years of working experience across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Julie served as HR head, Asia Pacific for Sanofi, HR Director of Growth Market Unit at IBM, HR Director of Agfa Asia Pacific and HR Director Haworth Asia Pacific. Julie has a wealth of working experience at a global level. Julie is a Certified Professional Coach (ICA) and attended China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Julie has exceptional passion in developing individuals, leaders and organizations across multi-cultural environments.
