Mr. Fu Chen (傅晨), Director of Planning Division at Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission (上海卫计委规划发展处处长) will provide an overview of the healthcare sections of the Shanghai government’s 13th Five Year Plan and discuss his agency’s priorities for 2017.
