AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to briefing by the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission on the Shanghai Government’s 13th Five Year Plan Healthcare goals on June 30 from 10:00am to 11:30am at AmCham Shanghai offices. Mr. Fu Chen (傅晨), Director of Planning Division at Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission (上海卫计委规划发展处处长) will provide an overview of the healthcare sections of the Shanghai government’s 13th Five Year Plan and discuss his agency’s priorities for 2017.

    付晨，现任上海市卫生计生委规划发展处处长，兼任市青联委员、市政府发展研究中心特约研究员、市政协教科文卫体委员会特聘成员、市卫生经济学会常务理事。长期从事卫生政策、卫生规划、医药卫生体制改革工作，近年来先后承担了上海市卫生“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”规划、上海市医改综合试点方案的研究制订工作。
