Nanjing Leadership Weekend - Equipped to Lead for What’s NEXT

The AmCham Shanghai Nanjing Center invites your team to come for a weekend afternoon session with other multinational company representatives in the greater Nanjing community to refresh your soft skill capabilities before the busy Fall season arrives.

In this session, we prepare those who attend to best understand:

• What do the modern multinational employee and executive both need to lead through influence, but without authority?
  • Recognise your preferred influencing style and how it is perceived by others
  • Make deliberate choices about the style(s) you can use and how and when to do so effectively
  • Create trust and common ground with other people
  • Use your influencing skills at all levels in your organisation
• What are the key steps to develop an effective, sustainable coaching and/or mentorship ecosystem in one’s company?
• How can one best approach problem solving and decision making the innovative way?
  • Learning to take time, understand "problem formulation", keeping an open mind and understanding "perception" and its basis in reality and understanding bounded (limited) rationale)
